Heatline carpiz2 28c thermostat setup help

I recently purchased a tado wireless smart thermostat v3 for my heatline capriz 28c. After setting it up it does not work at all.

I suspect the wiring is the issue.

Is anyone able to look at the picture below and able to tell if this looks right?

Why do you have a mains link between L and Com yet trying to use +/-? I’m not sure Tado supports ebus which you may have connected on the Heatline. Best just using low voltage or extra low voltage.
