It seems you have either 2 amp (Live - neutral pins centre 1.5cm) or 5 amp (Live - neutral pins centre 2.0cm) plugs and sockets. Both types freely available. (BS 546)

They are often used to supply standard lamps and the like, so that items with BS 1363 plugs can't be powered from the lighting circuits.

Today with the advent of smart adaptors, bulbs, and relays, the old BS 546 plugs present a problem rather than cure, as so much is built into the BS 1363 plug, and wallmart transformers

need the 13 Amp (BS 1363) socket. There are some adaptors 1733669649622.png so 13 amp plugs can be used in South Africa for example. But these tend to be 15 amp to 13 amp, not 2 or 5 amp to 13 amp.

As to ways around the problem, it is down to how much you can trust others living in the house. I can trust my wife not to use sockets designed for lighting for other items, but not so sure about children.

So what is your problem with the system?

The switch looks like a 4-gang two way

It's not unusual for people to make a mistake when fitting or replacing 2-way switches.

A multimeter will save a lot of guessing.

Have you recently replaced that light switch?

Do you have a picture of what is was like before?

What "troubles" do you have?
What sort of electrical test gear do you have?

And did you forget to add an earth wire at the green and yellow arrow?

Slightly surprised to see 2 blacks on there, how many sockets are on that switch.
