HELP: Baxi combo instant 105e - No Hot Water Or Heating

Unless OP is wrong, it’s an instant? So I looked in the manual I have for that, which goes up to M, oddly, the issue could be M as well, but mentioned no output from boiler other than led for power on

Yep it’s the combi instant 105e

Maybe I came across an older manual version as I’m now also looking at one with L:

“Check continuity of loop on A10 connector” —> Change PCB

What connector is this ?
Would you agree we are looking 90% likely at PCB fault ?

Worth digging the meter out & checking the voltages in case of faulty PSU as I thought PSU was integrated onto PCB ?
