help finding nicobond pva

hello still had no luck what so ever. im now going to try and find something to use instead, i've searched for the bal prime apd but no where close has it in stock. i been to b&q and found this, unibond gypsum primer, would this be suitable to use to seal the plaster before installing my tanking kit. i really at a dead end now.
