Help!! I need a solution wall cavity removal and replace problem

I have a problem with a lean to on side of my home , it had been cladded so can not remove with out replacing entire wall with new cladding. , we are having removal and refil for cavity walls but the access is going to be a problem , there our corners of the house wall outside the lean to if that would be a solution to this ? How can we go about doing this with out the removal of the cladding can this be done about ? Any idea would be appreciated Tia

I am worried the lot will collapse if they rip that all down
