Help! Ideal Minimiser FF70

hiya, my boiler comes on, thefan kicks in the burner light comes on briefly, then it doesn’t ignite or I can’t hear any whoosh of gas liting.

It has a new pcb 41 card and boiler thermostat

it came on briefly yesturday, but has gone off again and won’t start up


The board has x2 leds lit No1 Mains and No2 Run

It was supposed to be serviced in the summer, but i’m not sure....


Any clues... Help, i have screaming kids - shouting at me

Rather than asking here, which is difficult compared to being in front of the boiler, why dont you call back whoever changed the PCB?

In any case one wonders why the PCB was changed?

Probably the ignition unit is on its last legs, have had a lot of these recently.If it hasn't been serviced properly there will be a load of aluminium oxide round the base of the burner which causes lockouts in damp conditiond, usually mornings.
