Help identifying part for roof blind cord

I am trying to identify the part pictured which holds conservatory roof blind cords taut where there is no fixture.

It hooks on to a screw attached to part of the conservatory roof.

Bumping my own thread because the part I bought won't be a suitable replacement.

I've attached another two pictures. The cover holds the end of the tension cable but then has a notch for a screw which it covers. We assume the part is very out of date, because it's not a good tension to put all the strain on the plastic but I'm just hoping someone out there might have a spare one in a box of 'rainy day' spares.
