can any one give me advice a put a ne wc in the bathroom fitted ok to existing drainage pipe which is a foot of the wall removed the old soil/vent pipe only to find to cowboys who fitted the toilet before had cut the soil pipe and a think seal it up and just lefted it so it looked like it as connected The drain is no more than 2 to three feet away have i got to replace the soil/vent pipe by law for the toilet as there is no problem with flushing or the water level at all
help need advice on soil pipe
