If Sparkys right in that removing the blue wire will silence the buzzer, then all you have to do it wrap it in electrical tape when you take it off. Here is a list of the commong handsets type, but the Tegui isn't listed.
You don't want to disconnct any of the handsets wires, as that would disable the whole system, but the problem with this excercise, is that if anyone does ring your doorbell, then you won't hear them do so. Now if you were a bit more competent, then you could remove the front panel of the intercom outside the house, and then remove the wire from the buzzer for your flat.
