No. It's several clowns, including the one styling himself "Coloumb". And "Screwfix Pete".

The problem isn't specifically with sleeving from Screwfix, but anything at all involving them.

Just how pathetic can someone get when scraping the barrel.

I do NOT think you have wired it incorrectly.

I suspect that the original fault is that the cable has no power. Need to find the source of the cable and check connections

Thanks from all the help yesterday. Traced the fault back to a loose connection in the fused switch. Sorted that and all worked perfectly. And i sleeved the earth wires too.
