Appreciate this is an old thread but would you care to explain how you wired this up?
I've ordered the exact same module Aqara T2 to control my Teleco C10 garage door controller.

From what I've gathered, you connected as follows;

Controller 20 to Aqara L1
Controller 21 to Aqara LOut
240v Live to Aqara L
240v Neutral to Aqara N

I have home assistant also, did you connect the Aqara via Smarthings or HA Matter?

How did you resolve the incorrect state issue you had?
