Help with existing loft wiring please for new inline fan

The black wire with red tape that goes into the ceiling rose looks like it’s own single cable.

The black wire at the switch with red tape has an Earth wire attached to it.

Any ideas?

All told I think you are better getting the electrican to sort it, too many ifs and whats to decide on a forum with pictures and words really.
