We got left in the crap by a dodgy builder while building an extension ,
A plumber came and finished the plumbing but he wasn’t sure on ufh controls
We have 2 zone valves installed 1 for radiators and 1 for ufh
At the minute these are controlled from 1 nest stat but I want to split these so the jg thermostats can operate the boiler as well independently of the nest stat

Below is a drawing of what we are currently left with but how do I get the boiler to fire from the ufh control centre boiler enable contacts?

Not something I’m familiar with, but I’d expect that might just be for something different. Imo, you need the orange switch live from your ufh to go to the switch live of your boiler, which looks like either terminal 5 or 6 on your 10 strip.

Can you tell us what the UFH control centre is. Currently we are guessing what the boiler enable contacts do - whether the control centre is 'intelligent', or just a 'dumb' box of terminal blocks! :)

Sorry John guest 240v wiring centre
Can you show us a pic of the wiring in the control centre?

I'm pretty confident that it is an 'inteligent' system, that will only require a connection to the boiler from the live 'boiler enable' terminal.
So as @CBW says above, this could be connected to either terminals 5 or 6* of your 10 way strip.

*But we can't be sure which, without seeing more of your wiring!

EDIT:
After some further investigation, the boiler enable isn't an L and N, it's an L in and out. In could be connected to 5, and out 6, or t'other way around, it shouldn't matter which.

yea that the correct drawing you found , ufh valve is plumbed in on the terminals next to the boiler enable with the link removed ,

I was thinking that was. How to do it but wasn’t sure what would stop the ufh zone coming on if I turned the nest on ( maybe the ufh zone valve won’t fire until one of the John guest thermostats calls for heat)?

Yes, I believe the JG wiring centre would only open the zone valve once the thermostat was calling for heat.

...and hopefully your zone valves are independently plumbed!
