Help with website page size

I was on the forum yesterday and my 10mth old daughter who was sitting on my lap decided to bang on the keyboard keys and has made the whole page really huge.

It's only this site, all other web pages are fine.

Does anyone know how to get it all back to normal?

I learnt very quickly when kids came along that multi-tasking is good but not in this case.
