I used my Henry to blow out the air from a vacuum storage bag for clothes.I hadn't used it in that way before.It seemed to take ages (about 3 minutes ! ) and it did not seem very succesful.Then Henry stopped working.I finished with the storage bag and tried turning Henry back on-absolutely nothing.I checked the fuse and there is power coming into him -but the switch did not seem to switch on.Did he get too hot and has he got a reset button or is he completely dead ?

Having used my Henry on several occasions to suck air from vac bags it normally takes about three minutes for a large one. I am presuming you have checked if the bag is overfull? How long did you wait before re-trying?
