My triple bi fold doors have started to catch the rubber seal at the bottom just on the normal door we open all the time (single). They are aluminium and about 10 years old.
The glass is an integral part of the structural rigidity of the door and needs careful packing to ensure it functions as the compression diagonal that keeps the frame in-square. If it's dropped I'd guess something has happened to the packers or the glass in the corners (bottom nearest hinge, top opposite hinge)
Quite often tall packers will crush over time as the height comes from them having little plastic "walls" rather than being a solid lump of plastic

And these above are decent quality ones with thick "walls"
The cheapo ones from Screwfix crush more easily as their walls are much thinner:
