Hi....just found this site whilst looking for tips on removing wax from an exploding candle..(sure it didnt say that on the lable..!)..anyhoo...just bought new house...this site could prove useful to one such as I..(blonde in many ways..lol)

Hi..and thankyou please for your replies..I am liking you lot...so..exploding candle..well yes..went to the Pier you now...nice shop..anyhoo...bought said candle..stuck it.....on a plate...(tee hee) and lo and behold...it twas ok..then melted (as candles do) but then..went over the edge and just...well...exploded..! (ok..maybe exploded a bit of an exaggeration..but it did disintegrate..all over me table..carpet..*sigh*). Im ok now tho...cos I read on here wot to do..re the brown paper stuffs...I shall try and visit often...looks like a fun forum to belong to!!
