Was in the kitchen this evening (she who must be obeyed gave the order) washing-up. Heard a TV program from front room about people who travel miles to watch, log and photograph vehicle wide loads!

Train spotting, OK been around for years, but wide-load-spotting, how sad can you get?

Come on then, what are "your" hobbies?

What sad things do you do?

I collect circuit diagrams & service manuals every chance I get.
(I'm into recycling & they really help fix stuff - lol).

Whats your anorak vice?

Not a hobby but looking for bad grammar/spellings in 'official' documents/service manuals/advice sheets etc.

I don't deliberately look for them they just seem to jump out at me!

Sad, I know.

Ooh know what you mean there, Conny! My particular penchant is "different to": if it's in something I'm reading, I have to change it in my head to "different from" before carrying on. Boarding skule educashun, that is...

BOT, I remember as a kid having something similar to this, with which I spent many happy hours and which sent me on my way to becoming an SE. And now that I've rediscovered it, I just might get me a set or several.....
