Holes starting in screeded floor

Will try the tapping and see what happens .the sand etc was outside for overvalued month could that affect it ..it's not a smooth look or feel it's roughing and gritty .does anyone know of the worst that will happen if it's left .or the cost of new floor it's 2.7 by 5 metres .thankyou

Uzin PE425 primer could help. You put it over weak screeds to bind them together.
But not sure if it would work on your floor.
