Hello everyone
I purchased a Hollywood style make-up mirror for my wife at Christmas.
https://www.illuminated-mirrors.uk.com/rgb-isabella-hollywood-mirror.html
It has an ambient light for the wall in the way of an LED strip.
The company supplied it with a RGB light strip which emitted a low level light even when you turned it off via the remote. The company took it back and swapped out the strip for a white tunable one and yet the issue remains.
It has a tunable white LED strip and controlled by RF remote.
When you command light off via the remote it goes off though not entirely and being in a bedroom you can still see light emitting.
Why does it not turn off - see image.
Can it be fixed?
Kind regards, Gordon
