When I wired out the house I included RJ45 outlets in each room (multiples in some) wired back in CAT5 to a centralised patch panel.
Been great as I can patch phone or Ethernet Data connection to any outlet.

Just been converted to Fibre and with it comes Digital Voice … I have a ‘single green’ BT phone socket on the new EE Smart Hub.

Any suggestions on how I would connect up patch panel to this ? …. Would it just be a Q of taking the existing pair connection and make up a lead form Hub ‘green socket’ to to patch into the first 4 paralled sockets ?
They also provide a Digital Phone ‘adapter’ you plug into a mains socket and plug in your phone to it and it connects by WiFi back to Smart Hub.

Don’t really want to have to put them all round the house.
