Russian football fans are amongst the most homophobic in the world

According to the largest ever study of its kind. Only ? 47% of Russians say they would feel comfortable with a gay or bi-sexual representing the national team.

While the figure in quatar is 14% ( homo sexuality in Quatar is illegal) (world cup host in 2022)

Fans in western Europe were the most comfortable with a gay or bi-sexual player representing there national team.

Ireland & Iceland led the way with 87% . The UK came 3rd with 80%

The least accepting nation was Eygpt (10%) and saudi Arabia (11%) no surprise there than

It is a truth universallly known that 78.4% of statistics are made up by the people who then use those statistics to prove their point.

The other 21.6% of statistics are collated from people who respond to opinion polls, which generally is less than 0.2% of the general population.

The survey also asked if LGBT rights should have an impact on which host nations are selected for international tournaments

the global average for "yes" was 64% it should be considered

Russia it was 26% & Quatar 14% to the question . dunno about the Saudis ,

(but then again why would any one want to hold a global tournament there ? un-less it was a public execution/beheading/stoning tournament may be ?)

On a positive note ?? there has been a general liberalisation of views in Russia showing an improvment in attitudes when compared to a survey conducted 3 years ago.

I like Russia and Russians and yes I would think they are not found of blatent acts of homosexuality, and that's a cultural thing.

In the same way I would not want to see a straight couple fuking each other in the middle of the pavement, I don't want to see two queers slobbering all over each other in public with blatent theatrical acts of affection, why queers feel they need to do this is beyond on, homosexuality in this country was made legal decades ago ffs.

What is most cringe worthy is the endless Russia bashing from the BBC about this fuking nonsense. The BBC, with it's track record, casting judgement on the conduct of others, you couldn't make it up.
