i turn the dial to the a program press the start button it fills with water and just stops the start light and pre wash indicator flash every 15 - 20 seconds had to use the spin cycle which empties the washer and spins the clothes to get my clothes out just cant get it to wash them please help tried the trouble shooting in the manual to no avail !!!!
