Can anyone help please!! On Friday My washer was in perfect working order and then I had a power cut when the washer was mid cycle! Since then it wont work!! We have drained it manually by emtying the hose at the rear of the machine and then set the washer on another programme to see if it would then wash-Nothing!! Now I have water sat in the drum again and it is not working-all this because of a power cut!! Can anyone help!!!!! I mean this washer has been fantastic- the best one I have had so I hope it can be fixed.

Power-cuts normally don't affect washers. If one occurs the machine simply starts up again where it left off when the supply is restored. However a power surge is another thing altogether. To identify which machine you have you need to post the full model details on the door sticker. Nextra 7 doesn't say enough.
