What you must do is take a bit of rope to tie yourself in and a spare bottle of gas. Oh, I almost forgot, a bottle of water and a pack of sannies in case you don't get down.

Now in the interest of safety get yourself a nice bright florescent overall so the can find you in the dark, a torch, a whistle and a really thick crash helmet. Because you never know which way up you'll be landing.
