60C is reasonably hot.
If you turn it up a bit, you will have scope to add a bit of cold, or let the cylinder run to "warm" before getting in, but there may be a scald risk.
the lower down you mount the stat, the more often the boiler will fire up to heat the bottom of the cylinder as you draw a bit of hot. I have sometimes considered having a "summer" stat nearer the top and a "winter" stat nearer the bottom. I moved mine down a bit when the cold weather came.
