Hi. With my sealed system, the water heats up and then pours through the tundish, coming straight out the cylinder through what i understand is the temperature/pressure release valve.The water temp. at the nearest tap, on the WHB, is 60degreesC. Does it look like the valve is stuck open and I'll need to get a plumber out to replace it?.

post a pic of your setup you get different types, you have an expansion problem some makes you can sort yourself some you cant

Highly doubtfull, it is an expansion problem, if it was the TPRV then it would pass all the time not just when the water got up to temp
