hot water system for cricket club. Ideas?

Tasty bit of kit, I think I'd be bricking it:

1) when designing system
2) when installing it
3) until eternity waiting for it to explode.

Mc Donalds will do the cylinder design/sizing for you.
With unvented cylinders you need G3 qualification.

I've got the tickets, just don't do much else other than smaller domestic installs.
