Hotpoint Aquarius wdl540 all lights flashing

Hi.
My washing machine stops mid spin cycle and all the lower lights are flashing - any ideas?

Found the fault.
Having removed the lid I found a blue wire that connects to the drum had broken.
So re-connected using a terminal block and all ok.
