Hotpoint washing machine WF541 has got stuck

Error lights 1, 3, 5 but they are not flashing. I have cleaned out pump filter of some coins & hair grips but still get the same error code, any answers anyone please!

Thanks for your ideas. Unplugged for 2 mins, no change. Taken drain pipe off from sink waste blown down it, no blockages. Buttons not stuck, still alight and not flashing. Time to call out an engineer before the wife goes out and buys a new machine, still covered for parts under warranty.
