Hotpoint WD860 won't turn off. Blue screen with 'on'

Hello

My Hotpoint WD860 won't turn off. Blue screen with 'on' and the child lock is selected. I have tried mashing every button even the on off and it does nothing but bleep.

Not sure how to get it to work again!

Press and hold the child lock button for 5 seconds.
