please help.. my hotpoint stopped half way through a program with the wash light & rinse/spin light on. then the door lock light started flashing. I have checked the pump, the drain pipe. I think personally that its the door lock switch. Has any one come across this before? Also would someone explain the fault code thing, which lights are what numbers???

Does the door lock and does the locked light come on. Does it spin on spin setting , does it fill on rinse program. If no to these check motor brushes.
