Kier, is too cautious around the media. The whole confidence in Rachel Reeves issue was entirely of his making (unless he is getting rid of her).

Bojo was much better at communicating with the Press. Kier doesn't come across as normal and the press have him on the ropes every time. They hijack his agenda and he gets angry. Just makes him look like he's shifty.

MAKING someone redundant isn’t easy for any manager. But if you’ve no other option with a colleague called, to choose a name at random, Rachel, here’s how to make it as painless as possible:
