How do I attach wheelie bin to brick house ?

I would like to attach my wheelie bin to my detached house by use a chain that is attached to the building.

The chain would prevent the bin getting blown around and blown over during strong winds. I expect the chain to go about two thirds the way up the bin.

How would I attach the chain the building, is there some standard bolt attachment I could use? Obviously the chain would need to be "unhooked" relatively easily in order to free the bin so I can wheel it round the front of house ready for bin men to empty.
