How many sheets of loo roll should you use per big jobbie? I always fold it over and double up.

Yep there's nothing worse than putting your finger through.. ..... Apart from that it's great working in a hospital.

Seriously though, for patients we use "wet wipes" and always follow up with Clinell wipes. (none of these actually go down the toilet) Yep it's a thankless task (but at least you can see what you're doing)

PS always wipe front to back, Otherwise the men end up with brown *******s and the ladies end up with UTI's)
