Heh next, next month.. Perhaps I should have posted the new problem in this thread, sorry. Anyway I got a quote of 2.5k to replace the 3 sides of gutter and fascia + disposal. Apparently on the neighbours side its just been bolted directly to the render and will require days of extra work to even it out with filler.
