It is impossible to answer this question with any accuracy as we don't know the heat output of the boiler or what temperature you want in the house. Tell us what boiler you have at least and we can take a guess.
For an example, with a 15 kw boiler, it would be fitted with a nozzle that would consume about 2 - 3 litres per hour of burner running. Over your 4 hours one would expect the boiler to cycle for some time, say 25% so you actually only run for 3 hours so 6 - 9 litres daily so a 1000 lts would last for 100 days.
As your expectations are probably optimistic about insulation and draughts and your 4 hours may get stretched it would probably be more like 60 days.
How long is a piece of string? Have you no records of your Kerosene usage in past years or have you just moved in? Did / could you ask the previous occupants, or the local oil suppliers (who may have delivery records to refer to)? Can you ask neighbours in similar properties about their use?
What temperature do you have for comfort? Do you monitor the tank level to estimate how much is in it?
For me in a 15 year old fairly large 4 bed house, 2 occupants. My Kerosene boiler chewed through circa 120 litres (1,200 kWh) in 27 days then another 120 in just 19 days to 17th December (the very cold spell) IF you believe the Watchman gauge 1/10s is accurate (it can fluctuate with tank temperature between two of the bars at times).
4th Dec 20 to 27 Aug 21 we used 1000 litres as near as ... then I filled tank with 900 litres on 1 Nov 22 as my stick and calculations said that'd be all it would hold... I was told the tank was full but the gauge only showed 9/10... but then it never takes long to drop from 10 to 9 on that gauge.
For me in 2021 Kerosene was 4.53 p/kWh. Currently it's 9.01p. Both inc VAT.
Northern Irish prices will be different.
A big increase but no more than mains gas and electric has gone up.
