Money is tight so I'm looking at installing as much of our new boiler as possible. The boiler is moving location .. so it's new boiler, pump, values etc.
I know I need a Gas Safe guy to run the gas pipe and make the gas connections to the boiler.
Assuming I already have an existing power source (getting a sparky to run an outlet for this at the same time as rearranging power to the hobs) am I allowed to do the rest of the electrical work myself (i.e. connecting value / pump to wiring center)?
Also ... what would I expect to pay for someone to connect up the gas and do the final safety checks (to make sure I'm not going to CO myself)?
