How to adjust these flag hinges to lift the bottom of UPVC door up?

Sorry, I am still having a great deal of trouble with this door. The drafts are still there despite my attempts to adjust it.

The strike plate at the bottom has been moved fully to the left ie towards outside. The cams are turned to point towards the inside of the house.
There now also appears to be drafts from hinge side.

When I tried adjusting the door laterally as you said @crank39 the door could not close as it was too much towards the lock side, so I winded the door back little by little.

However the bottom right corner of the door does not seem to be tight, still. When I close the door from the outside, if I push the door with my palm there is no movement from the door except at the bottom left (where the locking mechanism is) . The door moves at least a couple centimetres when pushed forward , thus is not tightly secured in that area . Given that I've adjusted the strike plate and cam, what other adjustments can I make?

Any ideas at all? This is driving me mad
