Simplest solution is a large hook in the ceiling and hang bike on it.

If you have the ceiling height, you can get little pulley sets (like the old pulleys for drying clothes) to hang bikes on, I had some I modified to hang canoes off

Try some old inner tubes looped over the rafters and hang your bikes by the saddle. I'd avoid hanging any bike with deep section carbon rims by the rims as they will get damaged. As will any bike with aero-blade spokes. Also high end mountain bikes shouldn't be hung like that as the suspension fluid in the forks pools away from the seals leading them to dry out and cause wear.
