How to explain the offside rule to women

Wouln't it be better to explain to footballers about the rule, the number of times they get caught offside they haven't quite grasped it yet.

Watching some of the replays on TV, I think the rule needs explaining to the linesmen too.

Me too. I'm getting paranoid and starting to think that all these same posts are aimed at me specifically because I 'dare' to comment on football threads

I love the big billboard advert near my house by a certain drinks brand that asks if you do indeed have a wicked side:

It says "Offside Rule Explained for Women".

"If the flag goes up, its offside".
