How to Fix Pocket Door Kit to Screeded Floor

Hello. We need to fix our double pocket door kit at finished floor level which is around 20mm above the current Cemfloor screeded floor which has UFH pipes fairly close to the surface. We are thinking of attaching a 20mm baton to the screed and screwing into that (it's only 2 screws per side). Is this the best idea? How would you attach the baton to the floor?
