how to get rid of glue off concrete

Hi guys, I want to tile my kitchen but the previous owners had laid down a cork tiling with adhesive and some wooden flooring also with adhesive...i cleared most of the corking with a heat gun but it has left either a think layer of corking or the actual adhesive....what is the best method to get rid of everything on a concrete screed?
