Part of a shower room makeover, the pipes inside froze and I couldn’t gain access. Luckily, they sorted themselves out, but today when I went to have a look , I couldn’t get the front off. Any ideas?
I assume different manufacturers have different setups, but I was facing a similar issue a few months ago. My flushboard cover is attached on the sides with clips. There is a special tool to unclip, but I just used suction cups (from a bathroom towel hanger). Attached on both sides, quick pull and it came out.
Open the left hand door, should be able to get a plastic prise tool in behind the flush button panel and pop it off. If right hand side is a door too then same again, open and prise it off from both ends
Oh and once you get the top panel off the bottom panel slides up and out. You may need to loosen the toilet from the floor to pull it forward a touch. it may be siliconed to the floor and the panel, that'll need to be cut to release it.
Careful though, as you pull it forward the flush pipe and the pan connector can pop out, dropping water.
