The end of a file with the handle removed is a very good stud/bolt extractor. Drill a centered hole, lightly tap the tang in and unscrew.

Measure the outside diameter, with a caliper Vernier/micrometer, accurately.
Then measure over the tips of the 3 good threads (2 pitches), this will tell us the pitch.
Both these dimensions need to be accurate.
