It annoys me that marketing people make false claims when selling items taking advantage of the fact that the average customer has little if any knowledge of the science involved in the appliance.
All I asked for was an explanation of the maths that turn the maximum possible combustion efficiency of 99.99% into a value of 122%.
please remember boiler makers can quote an efficiency which has been established in a test situation but ****whits fiddle feckers google whackers have been known to add diydafty fittings to systems and still expect excellent efficiency, 500 year old cottage is getting washed away....
