How to wire a new double switch with old wiring

Draw, or imagine a diagonal line down the center of the switch, so it is in two sections, like your original one. The only difference is that the new switch, has the com(mon) side swapped/inverted with the L1 & L2 end.

Com is common

BTW there really ought to be a short earth wire link, between the earth terminal of the metal back box, and the earthing terminal of the switch. There doe appear to be an earth wire on the back box terminal.
 
Not great at electrics could you list what goes where there is a green wire in box please

Would it be red in com 1 yell in com 2 black in l11 red inl22 and blue in l21
 
In you photo of the original switch - top two wires on the left, go to the bottom left two terminals of the your new switch.

As above the bottom left single wire yellow wire, needs to go in the top left most terminal.

Connect two top right terminals and single terminal at the bottom, exactly the same new switch, as the original.
