How would you improve the look of this flooring?
What we're asking is how can we make it look fresher, it looks like it needs a real clean, then sealing almost?
If anyone can share a step by step that would be great.

My understanding is these are Sandstone Flagstones (not original).

Its a real hassle to keep clean or look clean and my other half is getting seriously frustrated about it. I don't want to take up the floor but I'm getting pressure that said to do something about it.

I'm aware it needs re-pointing between the slabs, any guidance on what I should use there would be much appreciated too.

Thanks in advance.

They are a nightmare to do. I had a similar floor and was told by Lithofin to use this certain product to ‘strip’ the floor, then another product to ‘seal’ the floor. Even with a hired scrubber the cleaning job was just nasty, and a couple of hundred pounds and hours of sweet later the end result didn’t look much better. And bear in mind Lithofin are supposed to be market leaders in this field. My advice would be get a professional in with all the right gear and a guarantee of satisfaction or pour self-leveling compound over the entire floor and Lino it.
