or to put it another way, more from the majority of the population, including elderly people, those in poor health, and those with particular vulnerability. But you'll be delighted that the death rate for such people has plummeted since they were vaccinated.

The figures are for deaths amongst people who are hospitalised. The important thing is that tens of thousands of people are not hospitalised - because of the vaccine. If these people were included in the figures the balance would be completely different.

He was masked and face shielded and it wasn’t the normal shield you see - must be a special one that dentists use - it was near on twice the length of standard ones. He tells me he does the drilling jobs before lunch and at the end of the day because he has to let the dust and aerosols settle before doing a full clean of the room. He moved some equipment outside the to save having to clean it.
Have you visited a dentist during the pandemic? If so, did you find it any different - many people just can’t get in to a dentist lately - someone on here said they had a three year wait to see theirs.

You do know that this is a known and expected outcome, don't you? In case you don't, it might interest you to know that somebody over 70 with 2 vaccines is still more likely to die from covid than somebody under 30 with no vaccines. This again, is expected for pretty simple medical reasons, if you take the time to read about it.
Older people are weaker. Older people are more likely to die. In fact, in general, more old people die every day than young people of all illnesses!
