I'm pleased to say that in Westminster there is a parliament that exercises a certain amount of control over the loose cannon put into post by less than 1% of the population. He's thrown away his own majority, cannot get laws passed, and can't even call an election without permission from HMLO. Democratic process creaking, but still in action.
